Frequently Asked Questions

How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets for Club members will be available to purchase from 4pm on Monday 26 January from this website.

Tickets cannot be purchased at the gate and must be bought online in advance.

Royal Automobile Club members are able to purchase tickets for themselves and their guests via the membership login on the tickets page.

Selected car clubs and motoring organisations have also been invited and have been provided with a unique code to be entered at the car club guest checkout. If you have not received a code, please contact your club or organisation representative. Access codes will be distributed for use starting Monday 2 February.

The event will feature four main display areas.

There are seven judged Concours categories, including one dedicated to motorcycles. Awards will be presented for each class, along with an overall Best-in-Show honour. To apply for inclusion in the judged Concours, please click here.

In addition, there are six unjudged Feature displays, each commemorating significant anniversaries or showcasing a broad spectrum of motoring history. To apply for participation in a Feature display, please click here.

Members and their guests are also invited to showcase their prized vehicles from any era in either the Members’ Paddock or Supercar Boulevard. With more than 150 vehicles on display, these areas celebrate the eclectic character and diversity of our members’ exceptional machinery. Members and their guests may participate by selecting the appropriate add-on when purchasing their ticket.

Tickets cannot be transferred.

We operate on a one-month cancellation policy prior to the Concours. If you no longer wish to attend, please cancel in writing on or before Monday 8 June 2026 by emailing concours@royalautomobileclub.co.uk.

After this date, we cannot offer refunds.

A programme will be included with your ticket and can be collected from the entry gate. Additional programmes will be available to purchase from official vendors at the Concours.

Parking for Members and their guests will be on the 7th and 8th fairways and is included in the entry ticket. A shuttle service from the fairways will run on the day, but it’s actually only a short and enjoyable walk down to the main Concours display. Disabled parking will also be available. Please use the Langley Vale Road entrance (KT18 5NN), rather than the main entrance.

Members can also purchase parking in the Members’ Paddock and Supercar Boulevard for themselves and their guests. Access information for these options will be sent out closer to the event.

Parking for guests of invited motoring organisations will be available at Epsom Racecourse. A shuttle will then be running to and from the Club. To access the parking, you will need to purchase a Concours parking ticket in addition to your entry ticket.

The Members’ Paddock Car Pass grants your vehicle entry to a specially curated members’ display, which will take over the entirety of the 1st Fairway. This parking option is only available for members and their guests, and can be selected as an add-on when purchasing a ticket.

Please note: once you’ve purchased a Members’ Paddock Pass, your car will be reviewed to assess it for display. If it’s not selected, then your Paddock Pass fee will be refunded, and you can park within the Concours car park on the 7th and 8th Fairway.

Those parking in the Members’ Paddock are also kindly asked to arrive at the Concours between 9.00 and 10.00am to allow time for setup. Furthermore, to ensure all attendees have the opportunity to fully enjoy the display, we request that vehicles are not moved until after 4.00pm.

Our unique Members’ Supercar Boulevard will line the dramatic approach to the Club Concours along both sides of The Captain’s Drive. This parking option is only available for members and their guests, and can be selected as an add-on when purchasing a ticket.

Please note: once you’ve purchased a Supercar Boulevard Pass, your car will be reviewed to assess it for display. If it’s not selected, then your Boulevard Pass fee will be refunded, and you can park within the Concours car park on the 7th and 8th Fairway.

Those parking in the Supercar Boulevard are also kindly asked to arrive at the Concours between 9.00 and 10.00am to allow time for setup. Furthermore, to ensure all attendees have the opportunity to fully enjoy the display, we request that vehicles are not moved until after 4.00pm.

Exact timings will be confirmed closer to the event.

Gates will open at 10.00am and close at 4.00pm.

Dogs (with the exception of service dogs) are not permitted at Woodcote Park during the Concours.

The Concours is an excuse for everyone to dress in their summer finery, so please do dress for the occasion. Please be advised, the majority of the event will be held on grass, so appropriate footwear is encouraged!

The Club does have a dress code in place more generally, which can be viewed here

A wide variety of boutique food and drink stalls will be available on the day. You’d also be very welcome to bring your own picnic. In addition, the Woodcote Park clubhouse has a variety of restaurants and bars, some of which are for the exclusive use of members.

For those seeking a more refined experience, the Club is offering an exclusive hospitality package. The Hospitality Pass includes a full-day menu curated by the Club’s Executive Chef, providing a luxurious base throughout the event. Available as an upgrade to your entry ticket.
